Spatial Genetic Structure of Prunus mongolica in Arid Northwestern China Based on RAD Sequencing Data

چکیده
The extensive range of sand deserts, gravel and recent human activities have shaped habitat fragmentation relict endangered plants in arid northwestern China. Prunus mongolica is a shrub that mainly distributed the study area. In present study, population genomics was integrated with species distribution model (SDM) to investigate spatial genetic diversity structure P. populations response create proposal for conservation this species. results showed northern marginal were first isolated from other populations. SDM suggested these had low levels suitability during glacial period. They could not obtain migration corridors, thus possessed gene flow connection Additionally, several underwent secondarily geographical isolation central populations, which preserved particular lineages. Genetic higher southern than ones. It concluded long-term after historical promoted divergence refugial along mountains persisted their ranges harbored whose fluctuated paleoclimatic changes. We propose should be well considered management.

Genetic Diversity and Population Structure of Siberian apricot (Prunus sibirica L.) in China
The genetic diversity and population genetic structure of 252 accessions from 21 Prunus sibirica L. populations were investigated using 10 ISSR, SSR, and SRAP markers. The results suggest that the entire population has a relatively high level of genetic diversity, with populations HR and MY showing very high diversity. A low level of inter-population genetic differentiation and a high level of ...
متن کاملQuantitative Prediction Study of Climate-sensitive Potassium with Hyperspectrum in Arid and Semi- arid Region of Northwestern China
Soil potassium content in arid and semi-arid region can reflect the conditions of the paleoclimate and it can be inverted by soil spectra. The relationship between soil spectra and soil potassium content was discussed in this research. Based on four reflectance transformations, single-variance analysis and multi-variances inversion model were built to invert potassium content. The results of si...
متن کاملSpecial features of RAD Sequencing data: implications for genotyping
Restriction site-associated DNA Sequencing (RAD-Seq) is an economical and efficient method for SNP discovery and genotyping. As with other sequencing-by-synthesis methods, RAD-Seq produces stochastic count data and requires sensitive analysis to develop or genotype markers accurately. We show that there are several sources of bias specific to RAD-Seq that are not explicitly addressed by current...
